01.Operator and availability
Pet Portraits is operated by Yang Yaohui, an individual seller trading as Vowscent. Contact vowscent@163.com. This studio is currently in preview: checkout and new orders are disabled. The following terms describe the intended workflow when orders open.
02.Your purchase
$8.80 USD for six pet portraits, one in each fixed style, using one photo of one cat or dog.
The final checkout displays the complete amount and any applicable taxes before payment. Processing starts only after server-side payment verification. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment. You do not need an account; keep your order number and checkout email.
03.Authorized inputs
You must be 18 or older and have the rights and necessary permission to submit one photo of a cat or dog. Do not submit illegal, infringing or deceptive content. Private inputs are sent only to providers needed for the order.
04.AI limitations
Fixed backgrounds and prompts improve consistency but do not guarantee identical images, exact markings or flawless anatomy. Style previews are AI-generated illustrations, not customer results or a guarantee of a specific model’s output.
05.Delivery and support
Completed files are provided in a private order page, with a link sent to the checkout email. Email acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. Files expire 30 days from order creation; download them in time. Contact vowscent@163.com with your order number if delivery fails.
06.Legal rights
You retain rights in your inputs. Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and provider terms; our copyright notice does not create rights in every output. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
